How much lead time do I need to plan an event?
As much as possible!
But smaller events may require only a short time to put the wheels in motion. Consult with us. We can very quickly draw a critical path for you, and establish how much time you’ll need.
How does pricing work?
We will establish this with you at the outset of your project. We can provide you with a fixed-price contract, an agreed-upon hourly rate, or a combination of the two.
Most often, we work with a fixed-price contract. You will know where your money goes, you will be able to budget appropriately from day one, and you won’t be ambushed by sudden surprise items.
